Cathedral of St. George in the Akhmeta region of Kakheti in Telavi 20 kilometers from the center. The Cathedral is the second highest in Georgia, the first among the preserved medieval cathedrals and the highest of the four “Great Catedral” (although Bagrat temple after reconstruction became Alaverdi above 2 meters). This is the main and the most revered temple in Kakheti, the center of Alaverdi Eparchy.
The UNESCO list is not included, but is under consideration.
