Aspindza

Aspindza  is a daba (“small town”) in southern Georgia’s region of Samtskhe-Javakheti.

The word “Aspindza” derives from a Persian word “اسب انداز”, which means “a place to rest”.

Mineral water is the real gold of Georgia. Many people come here to improve their health and just have a good rest. And one of the favorite places for recreation is the Aspindza resort, which is located in a very good location near the famous pedestrian town of Vardzia, the castle of Tmogvi and the monastery of Vanis-Quabébie. However, this is not all the attractions of the area, which housed the world famous resort.
