Day 1 (Arrival in Tbilisi)

  • Arrival in Tbilisi
  • Meeting at the airport
  • Transfer to the hotel
  • Sightseeing tour around Tbilisi.
  • Dinner at the national restaurant with folk dances

Day 2 (Mtskheta/Kazbegi)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Departure to the ancient capital of Georgia – Mtskheta
  • A trip to Ananuri on the Georgian Military Road
  • Ananuri fortress and Jinvali reservoir
  • Departure to Kazbegi
  • Visit Gergeti Trinity Church at an altitude of 2170m above sea level. An unusual combination of architecture and snow. It can be beautifully photographed against the backdrop of the Kazbek glaciers.
  • On the way back, the master class and tasting of KHINKALI in Pasanauri
  • Return to the hotel in Tbilisi

Day 3 (Kakheti)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Trip to Kakheti, the most ancient region of Georgia
  • Visit the nunnery in Bodbe, where St. Nino is buried.
  • A walk through Sighnaghi – city of love. 
  • Excursion to the family estate of the Georgian princes “Chavchavadze” in Tsinandali with wine tasting. Alexander Chavchavadze was not only a military general, a famous winemaker, but also a poet….. His estate was the center of the cultural life of Georgia of the XIX century: Pushkin and Lermontov, Odoyevsky and Alexander Dumas came to stay here. Griboyedov was married here, in the chapel, preserved to this day with Princess Nina Chavchavadze.
  • Tour continues to winery cellar “Winery Khareba” where the wine is kept and aged in  Gvirabi (which means tunnel in English). Tunnel is carved in the rock of the Caucasus Mountain Range.The tunnel itself today consists of 2 main tunnels and 13 connecting tunnels having a length of 500 m (each). In Kvareli you will taste the best varieties of wine and, also, will conduct master classes on cooking “Mtsvadi” (barbecue), bread “Shoti” and Churchkhely.
  • Return to Tbilisi.

Day 4 (Samtskhe-Javakheti)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Trip to Samtskhe-Javakheti
  • Borjomi – a small town in the mountains. There are many beautiful places to visit, but the famous city has become due to the mineral water of Borjomi, with unique healing properties and taste.
  • Tasting of mineral waters
  • Sulfur Baths (optional)
  • Departure to Akhaltsikhe
  • The castle of Rabati is a medieval castle complex in Akhaltsikhe. Built in the 13th century, the castle of Lomis was originally named until it was captured by the Ottomans.
  • Return to Tbilisi

Day 5 (Kutaisi)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Trip to Kutaisi

  • Dinner in Georgian traditional family in Imereti Region with masterclasses.

Day 6 (Martvili/Batumi)

  • Canyon of Martvili, which is the most beautiful and exotic place.
  • Possibility to make a walking tour or a boat trip (if the water level in the cave allows)
  • After the walk, Master class in Megrelian cuisine and sampling.
  • Departure to Batumi
  • Overnight at the hotel

Day 7 (Batumi)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Batumi city tour
  • Visiting the fish market (master class for cooking fish, tasting)
  • A walk along Boulevard
  • Dinner at the national restaurant (Adjarian khachapuri, etc.)
  • Return to the hotel

Day 8 (Batumi/Tbilisi)

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Lunch at the pass “Rikoti”
  • Transfer to Tbilisi airport
